A hat I saw on Ebay from The Pattern Bureau - a mail order pattern company Fashion Service, a sewing pattern of two hats from the forties and fifties era. They are both close to the head shaped cap style although one has a bit of a brim and a bow. This is a mail order pattern that was made in the years before inked patterns.
